RE: THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURES


Dear Client,


In the past, Chrest CPA Tax & Financial PC and all its employees, have always
obtained prior oral or written authorization from the Client before any information
was released to any third party. Pursuant to new rules issued by the Internal
Revenue Service under TD 9375, Revenue Procedure 2008-35, and Regulation
136596-07 written authorization must be obtained by Chrest CPA Tax & Financial
PC before any client information is released to any third party.


Regarding third party disclosures, Chrest CPA Tax & Financial, PC will adhere to
the following policy effective 1/1/2009.


Chrest CPA Tax & Financial PC and all its employees will not release any Client
information to any Third Party.


Any requests made by you (The Client) or any third party will be treated as a
client request and will be provided directly to the Client.


You (The Client) will have the choice of first class mail or picking up at our office.
We will not fax personal and/or confidential data to you or any third party.
All email attachments, which include personal and/or confidential information,
will be secured with a password.
